At the XXX Anniversary International Specialized Exhibition Coal of Russia and Mining-2022, the Ural Automobile Plant presented vehicles for the mining and construction industries.
The Russian Coal and Mining Forum was held in Novokuznetsk from 7 to 10 June at the site of the Kuzbass Fair exhibition complex. This year, the URAL automobile plant presented promising models of specialized equipment for the all-wheel drive and non-all-wheel drive segment.
Thus, the exposition of the enterprise presented a dump truck "Ural S35510" with a 6x4 wheel formula and a load capacity of up to 21.5 tons from a new model range of cabover trucks, designed to transport bulk and bulk cargo. The volume of the dump platform is up to 20 m³. The 420 hp inline six-cylinder diesel engine provides high torque and low fuel consumption. Reliable drive axles and frame, powerful modern engine, optimal tractive effort and load capacity help it to achieve high results in construction, road and communal services and other areas. The upgraded cabover cab provides comfort and safety.
Also, the automobile plant presented a special truck with a CMU on the Ural S34520 chassis. Onboard platform - with folding removable sides and racks. The power unit is a diesel in-line engine with a capacity of 328 hp and a 9-speed manual gearbox. The upgraded cab of the road truck can be of a short type or equipped with a sleeper. Its distinguishing feature is that, due to the optimization of the engine bay, it became possible to install a third passenger seat, which is necessary for special vehicles with a crew of three. Crane-manipulator IT-150 has five retractable sections, the maximum load capacity is 7050 kg. With a maximum outreach of 19 meters, the load capacity is 300 kg. Supports are put forward by means of the hydraulic drive.
Non-wheel drive road cars diversify the model range of the Ural automobile plant and expand the opportunities to enter new sales markets. Switching to the new Ural 6x4 trucks will be a great way for consumers to improve efficiency, reduce costs and the overall cost of operating fleets.
The all-wheel drive segment of the Ural trucks was represented by a shift bus and an Ivanovets truck crane on the Ural Next chassis. The shift bus "Ural Next-3255-5013-71/73" is designed to transport crews to the place of work, on various types of roads and in various terrain conditions. Maximum cross-country ability, reliability in operation, combined with ease of maintenance, have made this vehicle indispensable for use in various industries, in difficult climatic and road conditions. Rotational buses are very popular among representatives of the Russian oil and gas complex due, first of all, to high cross-country ability, comfort, power and reliability, and ease of maintenance. The cabin of the shift bus can comfortably accommodate 22 passengers.
The truck crane "Ivanovets" is designed to perform loading and unloading, construction and installation works in industry, construction, agriculture and other sectors of the national economy. The truck crane can move freely on public roads without special permission, since the loads on the chassis axles do not exceed the permissible values. 273 hp engine The load capacity of the truck crane is 25 tons, the boom length is 21 m. The maximum lifting height is 29.9 m, the maximum boom reach is 28 m.
This year, more than 400 enterprises from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, as well as representative offices of companies from Great Britain, Germany, Italy, China, Poland, Turkey, France, the Czech Republic, and Japan present equipment, machinery and technologies at the stands and pavilions of the Kuzbass Fair this year. The forum is an effective dialogue platform for solving the problems facing the coal and related industries. It solves the pressing problems of industrial sectors, issues of modernization of enterprises, environmental safety, training of qualified production personnel.
