In order to promote Ural vehicles among representatives of the logging and woodworking industry, from September 21 to 23, the URAL automobile plant will take part in the Expodrev International Specialized Exhibition. The event will be held at the site of the exhibition and business center "Siberia" in the city of Krasnoyarsk.

Expodrev is an effective platform for demonstrating the latest models of equipment for the logging, woodworking and furniture industries. It is here that conditions have been created for promoting advanced technologies, equipment and tools for the timber industry to the market.

At the exhibition, the URAL automobile plant will present one of its new products - the Ural-4360 vehicle, designed for transporting goods, mounting and transporting equipment, as well as for towing transport trailers. A powerful four-stroke turbocharged diesel engine in tandem with a 6-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive allows the driver to comfortably and confidently perform transport tasks in various road conditions. The weight of the transported cargo is not more than 4 tons. The use of a front spring suspension makes it possible to increase the speed of the vehicle's safe movement on rough roads by reducing the vibration effects on the driver. The modern three-seater bonneted cab, thanks to a well-thought-out interior and equipment, provides optimal working conditions for the driver and a comfortable stay for passengers.

The second sample of equipment will be the fire tanker AC-4.0-60 on the chassis of the all-wheel drive "Ural-43206" with a 4x4 wheel arrangement. Due to its small overall dimensions, the vehicle can deliver a combat crew of 6 people, fire-technical weapons and a supply of fire extinguishing agents to hard-to-reach areas, fording rivers up to 1.8 meters deep, and overcoming wetlands and terrain. The vehicle is designed to extinguish forest fires, fallen grass, fires at woodworking enterprises, extinguish peat fires and other fires.

On September 21 and 22, together with the exhibition, the first international forum "Forests of Russia" will take place. Within its framework, a series of round tables will be held on issues of support and development of the timber industry complex, detection and elimination of forest fires, implementation of the federal project "Preservation of Forests" of the national project "Ecology", digitalization of the forest industry, contribution of forests to the climate agenda and voluntary forest certification.

Representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and Russian regions, the Ministry of Nature, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Forestry Service, as well as specialists from the timber industry, scientists and employees of public organizations will take part in the Forum. Delegations from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, India and Belarus are expected to visit.
